Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Mathique account, every child profile and all their data yourself, at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Sign in to Parent HQ → Account.
2. Scroll to Delete account.
3. Confirm it’s you (your password, or your Google account), then confirm the deletion.

This removes your parent account, every child profile (names, usernames and all exercise progress) and your sign-in. Nothing is retained.

Delete just one child’s data

You can also delete a single child profile without touching your account or your other children:

1. Sign in to Parent HQ and open the child’s page.
2. Choose Delete and confirm.

This immediately and permanently removes that child’s first name, username and all their exercise progress and assessment results. Your parent account and any other children are unaffected.

Email support@mathique.app from the address on your account and we will delete the account and all associated data for you.

What gets deleted

• Your parent account and sign-in (email, or Google link).
• Every child profile: first name, username, school year and all exercise progress.
• All assessment results and reports.
